1. Maintain seamless communication with the EMEA Retail Operation Team, Store Management, staff, and vendors to ensure efficient store operations.
2. Coordinate all non-sales related activities in the flagship store, optimizing operational procedures.
3. Support the Store Manager in organizing daily morning briefings.
4. Oversee the stock team to ensure accurate inventory management and smooth logistics operations.
5. Coordinate in-store picking activities for the e-shop and ensure monthly KPIs are met.
6. Manage cashier procedures, train staff on new processes, and align with legal requirements.
7. Act as a Brand Ambassador, managing customer claims and after-sales guidelines.
8. Coordinate store back-office activities, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and Italian law.
9. Oversee routine store maintenance and manage travel, expenses, and uniform logistics.

1. Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial role within operations.
