1. Maintain constant communication with EMEA Retail Operation Team, Store Management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the store.
2. Coordinate all activities related to flagship store operations, excluding sales activities.
3. Analyze store operation procedures and implement optimization strategies.
4. Support the Store Manager in organizing daily morning briefings.
5. Coordinate the stock team to maintain accurate and complete inventory.
6. Review logistics and product movement activities with the Stock Manager.
7. Coordinate in-store picking activities for the e-shop and ensure monthly KPIs are met.
8. Oversee cashier procedures and support training on new processes and legal rules.
9. Train the cashier team in the selling etiquette process, ensuring adherence to company luxury standards.
10. Act as a Brand Ambassador in managing customer claims and after-sales guidelines.
11. Coordinate all store back-office activities and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
12. Ensure routine maintenance activities adhere to Italian law.
13. Manage travel and expenses, as well as uniform and clothing logistics.

1. Minimum 5 years in a managerial role in Operations.
