- Oversee all retail operations within the store, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
- Manage cashier operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash verification, and equipment functionality checks.
- Administer cash payments, currency handling, credit card transactions, and checks, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Execute procedures related to deposits, returns, refunds, giveaways, and customer credit notes, adhering to company and management guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to company IT systems and purchasing policies.
- Manage all 'communication' payments via credit card or bank transfer, coordinating with management for necessary confirmations.
- Support store operations and respond to management requests, performing necessary administrative tasks.
- Handle all administrative responsibilities, including petty cash management and report preparation, assisting management with shift worker information consolidation.
- Conduct monthly payments and manage petty cash replenishment, promptly reporting issues to management.
- Support cashier operations and ensure proper customer database management as needed.
- Oversee POS and digital payment systems.
- Serve as the point of contact for store maintenance and supplier communication.
- Manage all e-commerce related procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to develop personal capabilities and pursue continuous growth.
- Proven track record of supervising and directing employees in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
- Experience in delegating responsibilities and fostering accountability with regular feedback.
- Ability to promote teamwork and resolve conflicts swiftly, respecting diversity and encouraging collaboration.
