2. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new metal parts, including machining, stamping, and casting.
3. Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, control plans, and procedures.
4. Conduct process capability studies and implement process improvements to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
5. Liaise with suppliers to ensure they have the necessary capabilities and resources to meet production requirements.
6. Define the strategic supply plan for metal parts in collaboration with the purchasing team.
7. Resolve production problems and implement corrective actions.
8. Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and equipment.
9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

1. Technical degree in engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in the industrialization of metal parts.
3. Strong understanding of metal manufacturing processes in luxury brands or suppliers.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
5. Proficiency in CAD.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the industrialization of metal parts is required.

Technical degree in engineering or a related field.
