1. Run weekly reporting for corporate and store teams.
2. Assist in creating and managing seasonal buy books.
3. Engage in ad hoc projects including competitive analysis and trunkshow support.
4. Address store requests and questions to support selling efforts.
5. Support the Merchandising team with corporate presentations and market/campaign activities.
6. Manage product consolidations, store transfer requests, and international transfers.
7. Facilitate special orders.
8. Collaborate across corporate teams.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
3. Highly driven, self-motivated, and curious.
4. Confident and refined in all forms of communication.
5. Ability to work well cross-functionally and as a team player.
6. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
7. Service-driven with an understanding of store urgency.
8. Passion for fashion and learning in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
