1. Collaborate with store leadership to implement action plans enhancing sales performance.
2. Identify opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiencies within the product category.
3. Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation to align with Loro Piana standards.
4. Develop strong relationships with top clients through VIC initiatives.
5. Manage post-sale services to enhance client relationships and ensure luxury service.
6. Partner with the Store Manager to oversee team success through task delegation and comprehensive training.
7. Lead the department to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment.
8. Communicate sales updates and analyses to team members for strategic planning.
9. Define and oversee quantitative and qualitative objectives, tracking achievements through performance analysis.
10. Support operational procedures including inventory management and daily activities.
11. Coordinate visual merchandising activities to ensure product display aligns with standards.
12. Manage inventory activities to align stock levels with sales potential.

1. 5+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
4. Passion for the Loro Piana brand and the luxury industry.
5. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Minimum of 5 years in management and sales, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
