Loro Piana Marketing Manager

1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with Loro Piana's global brand vision and business goals.
2. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, including event collateral and messaging.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of the Loro Piana brand DNA and effectively communicate it to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to set project goals and coordinate project needs.
5. Develop and manage brand guidelines.
6. Lead the planning, execution, and management of all brand events, including product launches and store openings.
7. Develop event concepts, budgets, and timelines in coordination with the Milan HQ team.
8. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts in collaboration with the Procurement team.
9. Ensure all events are executed flawlessly and in alignment with Loro Piana's brand standards.
10. Oversee on-site event management and logistics.
11. Analyze event ROI and make recommendations for future improvements.
12. Lead, mentor, and develop two Marketing Coordinators.
13. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
14. Manage the marketing budget effectively.
15. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities.
16. Analyze market data to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and/or events, with significant experience in the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury market and consumer behavior.
4. Experience managing and developing a team.

2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
3. Demonstrated experience in planning and executing high-end events, including managing budgets, vendors, and logistics.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 USD per year.
