1. Assist in planning and executing client engagement programs to enhance relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs).
2. Support the coordination of exclusive events, experiences, and personalized programs to elevate brand loyalty.
3. Conduct research on global and market best practices in luxury client engagement to develop innovative strategies.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of client experience tools to optimize customer interactions and satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to analyze customer insights and identify opportunities for enhancing the client journey.
6. Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives, including data management and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Work closely with Retail, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and stores to ensure seamless execution of client engagement initiatives.
8. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and performance analysis of client engagement activities.
9. Support administrative tasks related to event logistics, client gifting, and other related activities.

1. University degree holder

1. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both verbal and written)
2. Proficient in MS Office
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
4. Previous experience in the retail industry is advantageous
5. Experience in Marketing or Public Relations within international and multicultural companies is preferred

Beginner level experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in marketing or public relations within international and multicultural companies.
