1. Support the harmonization of processes, tools, and methodologies within the industrial textile production chain, including Dyeing, Warping, Weaving, and Finishing.
2. Assist in developing process analyses to optimize plant and production process performance, aiming to reduce costs.
3. Collaborate with process technologists, department heads, operators, and maintenance staff to identify key projects for production performance improvement.
4. Aid in constructing value stream mapping and apply lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
5. Analyze and identify process operational standards and develop improvement plans, such as defining cycle times.
6. Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction within processes.
7. Support the planning and execution of maintenance activities for industrial machinery and equipment.
8. Organize daily meetings and prepare business reviews, including departmental activity tracking and related KPIs.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related fields

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
2. Knowledge of database management tools such as SQL/Access
3. Strong analytical capabilities

6. Good command of the English language

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for recent graduates or those with limited professional exposure in the field.
