1. Support the definition of the strategic industrial plan, identifying short and long-term initiatives to enhance process flexibility and predictability while ensuring cost control and activity safety.
2. Lead the industrial CAPEX process by prioritizing initiatives, compiling investment requests with corresponding business cases, managing budget progress, and overseeing accurate project reporting.
3. Conduct benchmarking of other industrial sectors, such as automotive and aerospace, to identify best practices for potential implementation in textile production processes.
4. Align infrastructure investments with new technologies, including automation, robotics, IoT integration, and Industry 4.0/5.0 solutions.
5. Act as an internal Project Manager, defining operational standards, tools, and methodologies for managing industrial projects.
6. Supervise the entire project lifecycle, including requirements definition, investment request compilation, team definition, kick-off, implementation, and closure.
7. Participate actively during project implementation on-site, conducting activities independently and with department heads.
8. Monitor and report project progress through KPIs and performance tracking tools.
9. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure new initiatives are on time, on budget, and aligned with quality and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
10. Identify external suppliers to integrate new industrial solutions, collaborating on technological requirements and coordinating activities during reporting phases.
11. Promote the sharing of best practices and lessons learned to continuously improve efficiency in industrial project management.

1. Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in industrial process improvement within a structured industrial environment, preferably in the textile, automotive, or aerospace sectors, or in consultancy.
3. Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and implementing innovative industrial strategies.

1. Project deployment and management skills, including the ability to manage complex projects and divergent priorities, define objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
2. Budgeting and CAPEX management skills, including the ability to develop cost-benefit analyses for investments and process improvements.
3. Proficiency in major data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, SQL) to guide decision-making.
4. Problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and implement structured solutions.
5. Knowledge of Industrial Digitalization, including familiarity with Industry 4.0 and 5.0 technologies such as IoT sensors, AI-based predictive maintenance, and industrial automation, preferably applied to the textile sector.
6. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and make decisions.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders, including senior stakeholders.
8. Strategic vision to align industrial improvements with long-term business objectives.
9. Propensity to adopt new technologies and methodologies for modernizing industrial operations.
10. Fluent in English (C1); French proficiency is a plus.
