- Input and monitor orders within the system.
- Prepare comprehensive shipping documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, and proforma invoices.
- Enter merchandise pickup requests with couriers.
- Serve as a point of contact for post-sale activities, such as resolving complaints, verifying shipping errors, and managing product quality issues.
- Manage advance payment requests for stock sales.
- Coordinate shipments and materials necessary for testing and certifications.
- Support Logistics and Warehouse teams (Finished Product, both internal and external) in inventory checks and controls.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of key customs regulations and administrative-bureaucratic concepts (e.g., VAT, payment terms, Incoterms, letter of credit).
- Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and S400.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Beginner level experience required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
