1. Input and monitor orders within the system.
2. Prepare comprehensive shipping documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, and proforma invoices.
3. Submit merchandise pickup requests to couriers.
4. Manage post-sales activities such as resolving complaints, verifying shipping errors, and addressing product quality issues.
5. Handle advance payment requests for stock sales.
6. Coordinate shipments and materials necessary for testing and certifications.
7. Support Logistics and Warehouse teams (both internal and external Finished Product) in inventory verification and checks.

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Strong knowledge of key customs regulations and administrative-bureaucratic concepts (e.g., VAT, payment terms, Incoterms, letter of credit).
5. Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and S400.
6. Attention to detail and precision.
7. Good interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in English.
