1. Input and monitor orders in the system.
2. Prepare comprehensive shipping documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, and pro forma invoices.
3. Submit merchandise pickup requests to couriers.
4. Serve as a point of reference for post-sales activities, such as resolving complaints, verifying shipping errors, and managing product quality issues.
5. Manage advance payment requests for stock sales.
6. Coordinate shipments and materials required for testing and certifications.
7. Support the Logistics and Warehouse teams (Finished Product, both internal and external) in inventory checks and controls.

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree.

1. Proficiency in MS Office.
2. Strong knowledge of customs regulations and administrative-bureaucratic concepts (e.g., VAT, payment terms, Incoterms, letter of credit).
3. Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and S400.
4. Attention to detail and precision.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in English.

Beginner level experience required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree.
