1. Input and monitor orders within the system.
2. Prepare comprehensive shipping documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, and proforma invoices.
3. Enter merchandise pickup requests to couriers.
4. Serve as a point of contact for post-sale activities, such as resolving complaints, verifying shipping errors, and managing product quality issues.
5. Manage advance payment requests for stock sales.
6. Coordinate shipments and materials necessary for testing and certifications.
7. Support Logistics and Warehouse teams (for Finished Products, both internal and external) in stock verification and control.

1. Previous experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in MS Office.
2. Strong knowledge of customs regulations and administrative-bureaucratic concepts (e.g., VAT, payment terms, Incoterms, letter of credit).
3. Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and S400.
4. Attention to detail and precision.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in English.

Beginner level experience required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree.
