1. Support the preparation of transport documents, invoices, and necessary export documentation.
2. Collaborate in managing shipments and transport requests.
3. Assist in planning merchandise pick-up with couriers, freight forwarders, and transporters.
4. Monitor shipments and provide updates on their status.
5. Support the handling of shipment-related complaints.
6. Assist in requesting quotes for special shipments.
7. Verify invoices related to managed services.

1. Bachelor's degree or high school diploma, preferably in logistics or technical-commercial fields, or equivalent experience.

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Beginner level experience in logistics or related fields.

Bachelor's degree or high school diploma, preferably in logistics or technical-commercial fields.
