1. Support logistics operations for South Asia markets including Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Australia.
2. Perform daily logistics processing, manage inbound and outbound shipments, and handle customs clearance procedures.
3. Monitor third-party logistics (3PL) performance to ensure service expectations are met.
4. Ensure timely return of end-of-season shipments to Italy.
5. Prepare and follow up on applications for CITES and import permits for licensed products.
6. Advise internal departments on duties and taxes based on Free Trade Agreements and other customs-related inquiries.
7. Monitor import and export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and customs requirements.
8. Generate reports and analyses on costs and KPIs.
9. Support logistics arrangements for ad hoc marketing and CRM activities, such as pop-up events.

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or a relevant discipline.
2. 3-4 years of experience in logistics or retail.
3. Knowledge of customs operations and import management.

1. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with a good analytical sense for numbers.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or a retail background is required.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or a relevant discipline.
