1. Ensure timely and efficient dispatch of all direct shipment delivery orders to stores.
2. Update all inbound shipping data on the shipping master file, including ASN and ETA updates.
3. Verify shipping addresses and documents for direct shipments to stores, and share guidelines for goods receiving.
4. Provide arrival notices for non-commercial goods to each department.
5. Record pre-alert notifications from freight forwarders and express arrivals.
6. Manage label reconciliation and release new labels for price changes.
7. Update care label and material information in the label system.
8. Support import logistics operations.
9. Assist in the management of non-merchandise items such as VM tools, marketing materials, and retail materials.
10. Adjust stock for color and size changes upon requests from stores and warehouse.
11. Assist in the collation and management of export and import shipping documents and Excel updates.
12. Manage shipping schedules and delivery information.
13. Update label information and assist in managing the accessory list.
14. Support inventory survey data management.
15. Provide SAP system support and other logistics administrative tasks.

1. University degree, preferably in international trading or supply chain management.
2. Understanding of retail and consumer goods supply chain management processes.

1. Strong MS Office skills.
2. Proficiency in SAP, ERP, and department EDI systems preferred.
3. Business-level English communication skills for interaction with headquarters.

Beginner level experience in logistics or a related field.

University degree required, preferably in international trading or supply chain management.
