1. Operate linking machines to assemble knitwear garments, ensuring alignment with production cycles and assigned timelines.
2. Execute both 'straight-thread' and 'in-thread' seams using linking machines of various gauges.
3. Perform paired and overlapped seams with precision.
4. Identify and address quality issues related to knit fabric, such as selvedge and perimeter irregularities, ensuring symmetry and alignment of fabric pieces.
5. Monitor and control fabric tension throughout different phases of the assembly process.
6. Ensure the quality of finished products meets established standards.
7. Collaborate with the department supervisor to optimize production activities.
8. Develop and share specialized knowledge related to linking machine operations.

1. Extensive experience in linking machine operations, particularly circular linking machines.
2. In-depth knowledge of linking machines and related tools.
