3. Identify and address quality issues in knit panels, such as selvage and perimeter irregularities, ensuring symmetry in paired panels.
4. Adjust and control knit tension according to the production phase to maintain garment integrity.
5. Monitor and ensure the quality of finished products aligns with company standards.
6. Collaborate with the Department Head to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Develop and share specialized knowledge related to linking processes.
