1. Ensure the sourcing and optimization of leather suppliers, maintaining strict quality control over material excellence.
2. Contribute to the selection of materials and leather suppliers for prototypes, samples, and production in close collaboration with product development teams.
3. Guarantee the adherence to quality excellence standards for leather raw materials through selection, inspection, and quality control activities at supplier sites.
4. Manage the procurement of raw materials, including negotiation of purchase terms, supply contracts, order scheduling, supplier follow-ups, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
5. Collaborate with Operations Planning and Scheduling, Technical/Industrialization Offices, Testing/Quality, and Raw Materials Warehouses for quality control and optimal order/delivery management and inventory.
6. Work closely with the Administration for supplier accounting.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in leather selection and purchasing at tanneries.

1. Strong ability to establish relationships with leather suppliers.
2. Proficient negotiation skills.
3. Willingness to travel throughout Italy.
