1. Ensure the research and optimization of leather suppliers, maintaining control over the qualitative excellence of materials.
2. Contribute to the selection of materials and suppliers for prototypes, samples, and production in close collaboration with product development teams.
3. Guarantee the adherence to quality excellence for leather raw materials by conducting selection and quality inspection activities at supplier sites.
4. Manage the procurement of raw materials, including negotiation of purchase conditions, supply contracts, order planning and management, and supplier follow-ups, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
5. Collaborate with Planning and Operations, Technical/Industrialization Offices, Quality Testing, and Raw Material Warehouses for quality control and optimal order/delivery management and inventory control.
6. Work with the Administration department on supplier accounting.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in leather selection and procurement at tanneries.
2. Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with leather suppliers.
3. Strong negotiation skills.
4. Willingness to travel throughout Italy.
