4. Diligently execute all technical and organizational procedures governing pattern-making activities.
5. Oversee prototype development in collaboration with the Prototyping Department throughout the prototyping process.
6. Support the industrialization process to optimize costs, production times, and methods.
7. Review models for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
8. Provide guidance to component manufacturers for footwear construction, such as instructions for insole assembly and sole prototyping.

1. Several years of experience as a pattern maker in the luxury sector
