1. Interpret and follow patterns and technical instructions to assemble luxury handbags autonomously.
2. Prepare and dye individual leather components and the completed bag to required colour and finish specifications.
3. Assemble and mount all prepared and dyed pieces into the final product, ensuring precise alignment and fit.
4. Perform quality checks throughout assembly to ensure compliance with the brand's craftsmanship and finishing standards.
5. Support and collaborate with sewing operations, including operation of or liaison with sewing machine operators.
6. Share technical knowledge and mentor junior colleagues or trainees during on‑the‑job training.

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in leather goods assembly; demonstrable experience with luxury handbag construction (10 years preferred).
2. Deep knowledge of fine and exotic leathers, in particular crocodile and other high‑end skins.
3. Proven familiarity with leather dyeing, finishing and material selection for premium products.
4. Practical experience with industrial and/or artisanal sewing machines.
5. Strong teamwork, communication skills and willingness to instruct apprentices and junior staff.
6. Meticulous attention to detail, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
