1. Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on the creation and production of high-quality leather goods prototypes.
2. Engage in both theoretical and practical learning experiences within partner schools and LVMH Maisons.
3. Develop professional skills in luxury leather craftsmanship, including working closely with pattern-making and leather cutting departments.
4. Achieve a professional qualification recognized by the Tuscany region and at the European level in the leather goods sector.

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Completion of lower secondary education or equivalent.
3. For non-EU citizens, a valid work permit is required.
4. Residence or domicile in Tuscany is necessary.

No prior experience is required; this is an entry-level training program.

Completion of lower secondary education or equivalent.

Participants will receive 900 hours of training, including 500 hours of classroom and laboratory instruction and 400 hours of hands-on stage experience in LVMH Maisons. The program includes masterclasses, brand-focused meetings, and technical language studies in French and English.
