1. Participate in a dual training program combining theoretical and practical learning.
2. Engage in hands-on experience within LVMH Maisons, focusing on prototype creation and leather product craftsmanship.
3. Collaborate closely with modelers and leather and cutting departments.
4. Attend Master Classes and educational visits organized by the Institute of Excellence in Professions.

1. Must be unemployed, inactive, or non-working individuals aged 18 or older.
2. Possession of a secondary school diploma or equivalent educational qualifications.
3. For non-EU citizens, a valid work permit is required.
4. Residency or domicile in Tuscany is mandatory.

Participants will receive a comprehensive training program comprising 900 hours, including 500 hours of classroom and laboratory instruction and 400 hours of internship within LVMH Maisons. The program also includes 30 hours of collective and individual orientation, Master Classes, and technical language studies in French and English.
