1. Define internal quality check standards for product families in the Knitwear category, with a focus on specific items.
2. Serve as a reference for problem-solving analyses concerning process deviations and implement corrective action plans to prevent criticalities.
3. Manage the Internal Knitwear Quality Check team to verify finished garment conformity according to pre-production samples and manage non-conformities throughout the process quality control points.
4. Support the Operations team in conducting process analyses.
5. Assist in drafting and streamlining operating procedures and instructions related to the Quality area.
6. Promote corrective, preventive, and improvement actions related to process control activities in collaboration with Process Engineering, Product Development, Internal Production, and Industrialization teams.
7. Develop and refine quality performance indicators for knitwear internal factories.

1. Degree in Textile, Mechanical, or Management Engineering.
2. Proven experience of 3–4 years in quality contexts.
3. Experience in the knitwear context is considered a plus.

1. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Minitab is a plus.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Good understanding of knitting processes from weaving to ironing and packaging.
4. Basic knowledge of yarn processing from raw material.
5. Familiarity with main statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics analysis, Process Capability, Statistical Process Control, and Measurement Systems Analysis methodologies.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Ability to work in a team and towards objectives.
8. Problem-solving attitude.

At least 3 years of experience in a quality context, preferably within the knitwear industry.

Degree in Textile, Mechanical, or Management Engineering.
