1. Participate in a six‑month training programme combining two months of classroom technical instruction and four months of on‑site production placement.
2. Assemble knit garments and execute detailed finishing operations to Loro Piana quality standards.
3. Perform reweaving (rimaglio) and hand‑finishing tasks with precision and care.
4. Apply knowledge of yarn processing and knitting production phases to support quality control.
5. Collaborate closely with production technicians, supervisors and other atelier staff to ensure workflow continuity and product excellence.

1. Completion of compulsory education (Scuola dell’obbligo).
2. Demonstrable manual dexterity, precision and strong attention to detail.
3. Respect for premium raw materials and a commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
4. Teamworking attitude and ability to follow structured training.
5. Good command of Italian (spoken and written).
