1. Oversee the industrialization process, ensuring the product is ready for production by defining specifications and technical sheets while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.
2. Contribute to defect identification to preemptively address potential production issues, suggesting necessary technical modifications.
3. Verify and approve master garments for production, collaborating closely with Product Offices and relevant stakeholders.
4. Work with Quality Control Technicians to share information related to product setup and quality control.
5. Monitor all production phases and provide support in resolving issues encountered during the production process.
6. Implement corrective actions with the support of the entire team.

1. Extensive experience in knitwear in similar roles.
2. In-depth knowledge of raw materials and knitting and garment-making techniques.
3. Familiarity with product setup and production phases.
