1. Define and implement production capacity strategies and work plans in collaboration with relevant teams.
2. Ensure on-time delivery while adhering to quality standards and production plans.
3. Monitor and optimize programs from sampling, identifying and implementing interventions to facilitate industrialization and production phases.
4. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, involving departmental staff.
5. Lead and train production teams, ensuring high levels of competence and performance.
6. Collaborate closely with various company departments (Product Development, Industrialization, Quality, Process Engineering) to ensure operational synergy and achievement of common objectives.
7. Promote continuous improvement by implementing innovative methodologies to optimize processes and products.
8. Define and monitor the use of KPIs to objectively improve departmental performance.

1. In-depth knowledge of knitting techniques, stitches, and yarn characteristics.
2. Proven experience in programming and using Shima Seiki machines to train operational staff and recognize and resolve technical or quality issues.
3. Strong team-oriented mindset and experience in team management.
4. Ability to work towards objectives and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
