1. Assist in managing the entire internship recruitment process, including job description posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
2. Contribute to the internship management process, encompassing recruitment, administrative tasks, and collaboration with educational institutions.
3. Oversee the full recruitment process, including meetings with hiring managers, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
4. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for the internship program.
5. Monitor KPIs using talent insights tools such as the Internal Application Tracking System and PowerBI.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, HR, or related fields.
2. At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or HR generalist.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills.
4. Attention to detail and collaborative team-working attitude.
5. Fluency in English and Italian.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or as an HR generalist is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, HR, or related fields.
