1. Provide operational support in the creation and updating of technical and cost sheets, including the coding of necessary production data such as yarns, gauges, colors, and processes.
2. Archive and organize historical articles, designs, and samples to support the construction and evolution of collections.
3. Engage daily with external contractors (knitwear manufacturers and finishers) for material requests, progress tracking, modification management, and quality standard verification.
4. Manage and coordinate internal requests related to sampling and prototyping, from preparation to dispatch and supervision of key stages.
5. Collaborate with the team in the preparation of machine fabrics, utilizing internal software (ERP) and CAD tools for initial drafts or graphic variations.
6. Work with the Planning team to align on development timelines and production needs.
7. Participate in quality control activities on raw and finished fabrics in collaboration with finishing and quality control departments.
8. Support in trips to suppliers and finishers for verification, development, and follow-up activities.

1. Approximately 3-5 years of experience in related roles (product back office, fabric development, design or production support), preferably in the fashion/textile sector.
2. Familiarity with fabric fundamentals (structures, yarns, counts, gauges) or a strong motivation to learn them on the job.
3. Possession of a B driving license and willingness to drive.

1. Proficiency with digital and management tools (ERP, Excel), with a basic knowledge of textile CAD preferred.
2. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a practical mindset.
3. Proactivity, passion for the product, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage activities independently.

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within the fashion or textile industry.
