1. Conceptualize and develop designs for textile accessories using Jacquard looms, based on internal creative briefs, client inputs, and independent proposals.
2. Execute technical design using textile CAD for fabric creation, including patterns, repeats, and weaves.
3. Translate creative concepts into textile structures, considering technical and production constraints.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with industrial departments and external suppliers (weaving, dyeing, finishing, tailoring, etc.).
5. Oversee and manage the prototyping phase from concept to delivery.
6. Address development and industrialization challenges with improvement proposals.
7. Manage the design archive and technical data library.
8. Support quality control and the assembly of the finished product.
9. Assist key accounts in interpreting creative proposals aligned with market needs.
10. Proactively research trends, materials, and textile technologies to drive product innovation.

1. Technical diploma (Textile Technician or equivalent) or equivalent education.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in textile accessories.
3. Proficient in using CAD for Jacquard design (preference for Penelope, but other software considered).
4. Experience with ERP systems.
5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and workloads.
6. Strong team-working skills and stress management during peak seasons.
7. Knowledge of English and/or French is an advantage.
8. Valid driver's license (Category B) and own transportation.
