1. Provide first-level hardware, software, and network support to stores and office users via phone, network, and on-site assistance.
2. Maintain a detailed helpdesk log of support calls from stores and office.
3. Diagnose and resolve issues using documented procedures.
4. Request and set up new user Windows login accounts and create email accounts.
5. Install and maintain PC hardware, software, and network equipment for all users.
6. Manage hardware and software setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
7. Implement IT projects as per headquarters' standards and report to the IT manager.
8. Monitor and control daily IT spending, ensuring IT manager approval for local purchases.
9. Manage inventory of company IT hardware.
10. Conduct daily monitoring and arrange backup of systems and servers.
11. Provide support in network security, backup, and restoration.
12. Manage Windows server and network, including VPN, routers, PCs, and printers.
13. Oversee mobile device management.
14. Support retail operations team with ERP and POS systems.

1. Minimum 3 years of company IT support experience.
2. Up to 7 years of experience, including senior-level positions, are eligible to apply.

1. Proficiency in English communication.
2. Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is appreciated but not required.
3. Hands-on attitude with a supportive and collaborative approach.
4. Ability to develop positive working relationships internally and externally.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with eligibility extending to those with up to 7 years of experience, including senior-level roles.
