1. Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
2. Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
3. Organize and maintain IT resources while gaining hands-on experience.
4. Define and streamline internal processes while participating in meaningful projects.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on IT-related initiatives and new hire setup.

1. Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

1. Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
2. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
3. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
4. Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Beginner

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Loro Piana offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 USD, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
