1. Collect and analyze business requirements to manage the demand process and define the implementation roadmap.
2. Define the sprint development cycle with solution design.
3. Manage the entire implementation backlog in accordance with sprint planning, ensuring quality and consistency with the CRM technology landscape.
4. Conduct testing and validation of results with business users.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technologies.
2. At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within an international context.

1. Proficiency in Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud.
2. Experience with Flows, Apex, and API integrations.
3. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
5. Proficiency in English.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technologies.
