1. Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with IT & Digital vendors and suppliers.
2. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
3. Collaborate with IT and Digital departments to understand hardware, software, and service requirements.
4. Support IT and Digital leaders in foreign subsidiaries, particularly in North America and Asia, in selecting local products and services.
5. Source IT & Digital products and services, including hardware, software licenses, cloud services, and maintenance agreements.
6. Acquire price quotations, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
7. Participate in the LVMH Group IT & Digital Purchasing community, including team initiatives and workshops.
8. Supervise and control IT & Digital procurement costs to optimize spending and achieve cost savings.
9. Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or service levels.
10. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to IT & Digital procurement, including data privacy and security standards.
11. Collaborate with IT & Digital teams to assess the quality and functionality of procured products and services.
12. Address and resolve any quality issues with vendors.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
2. At least 7 years of experience in IT procurement or related roles, ideally in a corporate or large organization.

1. Strong leadership and contract management skills.
2. In-depth knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
3. Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Knowledge of regulatory compliance in IT procurement.
7. Proficiency in English.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement or related roles.

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
