- Support the implementation and upkeep of the global IP portfolio, including clearance, registration and maintenance of trademarks, designs, copyrights, patents and domain names, under the Manager’s supervision.
- Assist with monitoring and enforcement actions against third‑party infringers: prepare cease‑and‑desist letters, draft settlement proposals and collate evidence for enforcement or litigation.
- Contribute to review and negotiation of IP‑related transactional documents (licences, joint development agreements, sales/supply frameworks, sponsorship and content agreements, talent and creator contracts).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, R&D, supply chain, events, content, social media and PR) to identify IP risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Conduct IP research and prepare concise reports, summaries and presentations for the IP & Brand Protection Manager and other stakeholders.
- Support compliance initiatives and the development of internal IP policies and training materials to ensure adherence to relevant laws and internal standards.
- Coordinate with and assist external counsel on specialized matters when required.
- Law degree; admission to the Italian Bar (avvocato) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum three years’ professional experience in Intellectual Property law, preferably in a law firm or in‑house role within a structured corporate environment.
- Solid knowledge of Italian and European IP laws and procedures (trademarks, designs, copyright and related enforcement mechanisms).
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate IP agreements and to provide pragmatic legal advice to business stakeholders.
- Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

- Excellent interpersonal, listening and cross‑functional collaboration skills
At least 3 years of experience practicing Intellectual Property law, preferably gained in a law firm or in‑house within structured corporate or luxury goods environments.
Law degree; admission to the Italian Bar is a plus.
