1. Support the implementation and upkeep of the global IP portfolio, including clearance, registration and maintenance of trademarks, designs, copyrights, patents and domain names, under the Manager’s supervision.
2. Assist with monitoring and enforcement actions against third‑party infringers: prepare cease‑and‑desist letters, draft settlement proposals and collate evidence for enforcement or litigation.
3. Contribute to review and negotiation of IP‑related transactional documents (licences, joint development agreements, sales/supply frameworks, sponsorship and content agreements, talent and creator contracts).
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, R&D, supply chain, events, content, social media and PR) to identify IP risks and propose mitigation measures.
5. Conduct IP research and prepare concise reports, summaries and presentations for the IP & Brand Protection Manager and other stakeholders.
6. Support compliance initiatives and the development of internal IP policies and training materials to ensure adherence to relevant laws and internal standards.
7. Coordinate with and assist external counsel on specialized matters when required.

1. Law degree; admission to the Italian Bar (avvocato) is an advantage but not mandatory.
2. Minimum three years’ professional experience in Intellectual Property law, preferably in a law firm or in‑house role within a structured corporate environment.
3. Solid knowledge of Italian and European IP laws and procedures (trademarks, designs, copyright and related enforcement mechanisms).
4. Proven ability to draft and negotiate IP agreements and to provide pragmatic legal advice to business stakeholders.
5. Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

At least 3 years of experience practicing Intellectual Property law, preferably gained in a law firm or in‑house within structured corporate or luxury goods environments.

Law degree; admission to the Italian Bar is a plus.
