1. Establish control over critical processes such as retail, inventory, accounting, and general compliance, aligning with the Group Internal Control framework.
2. Conduct audit tests in accordance with Group and company audit programs to ensure coherent adoption of the framework, sharing results with process and control owners and addressing any weaknesses.
3. Develop and update risk assessments, assisting top management in identifying key risks and implementing mitigating actions.
4. Collaborate in developing and reviewing policies and procedures.
5. Lead the implementation of projects across various organizational areas.
6. Implement and verify controls related to Ethics & Compliance, including the 'D.Lgs 231' control system, in collaboration with other functions.
7. Coordinate activities for Group Internal Audit assignments and external audits, managing the internal response process and monitoring remediation plan execution at HQ and subsidiary levels.
8. Promote the development of internal control culture and knowledge within the organization.

1. University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.
2. At least 7 years of experience in Audit and/or Internal Control, preferably within the luxury goods market and international groups.

1. Strong financial acumen with knowledge of IFRS and business process orientation.
2. Experience in retail and/or manufacturing sectors.
3. Excellent project management and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
5. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Audit and/or Internal Control.

University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.
