1. Assist in the assessment of controls and testing activities, including process and control walk-throughs, documentation analysis, and results presentation.
2. Contribute to data mining and analysis efforts.
3. Aid in drafting and reviewing procedures and guidelines.
4. Support the implementation of IT tools and platforms.
5. Participate in due diligence activities on third parties.

1. Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
2. Previous internship experience in internal control, internal audit, compliance functions, or consulting firms is advantageous.
3. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
3. Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills.
4. Problem-solving aptitude, precision, attention to detail, team-working attitude, and flexibility.

Beginner level experience is required, with previous internship experience in relevant fields considered a plus.
