1. Collaborate with the team to develop an internal events strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
2. Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, catering, audiovisual equipment, and event staffing.
4. Coordinate event logistics, ensuring smooth execution and a positive experience for all attendees.
5. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
6. Partner with various internal departments to align event initiatives with broader organizational goals.
7. Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to promote internal events.
8. Create engaging content for various internal communication channels, including email, intranet, newsletters, and digital displays.
9. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal communication materials, such as newsletters, intranet content, and employee announcements.
10. Support the implementation of the overall internal communication strategy.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the Internal Communication function of structured companies.
2. Previous experience in the events field is considered a plus.
3. Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is a plus.

1. Knowledge of the digital world (web, social media, publishing, etc.) and ability to work effectively with Outlook and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), the knowledge of Adobe is considered a plus.
2. Creativity, intellectual curiosity, proactiveness, graphic sensitivity, and flexibility.

Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communication, with a preference for candidates who have worked in structured companies.
