1. Assist in the implementation of the internal communication strategy, including intranet and internal events, as defined at the corporate level.
2. Support the production and maintenance of editorial content for all internal communication activities, collaborating with external agencies.
3. Collaborate in defining guidelines for managing editorial content, focusing on search, accessibility, security distribution, and archiving.
4. Coordinate external agencies' quotation and invoicing activities.
5. Select and implement internal communication channels aligned with the strategy, such as intranet, newsletters, online publications, digital signature systems, and digital totems, in coordination with the Image and Communication team and the IT function.
6. Organize internal events for employees, including location selection, vendor management, and budget monitoring.
7. Prepare, validate, and share organizational announcements.

1. Master's Degree in Economics, Management, or other relevant fields.

1. Advanced knowledge of MS Office package.
2. Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
3. Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for recent graduates or those in the early stages of their career.

Gross Monthly Compensation: 800€
