1. Support the product, prototyping, and modeling teams during development phases to map quality risks and collaborate with technical teams on cause analysis and risk mitigation strategies.
2. Assist the industrialization team in product and process validation tests, working closely with the industrialization team.
3. Collaborate in drafting preliminary process FMEAs and associated control plans.
4. Coordinate material and finished product testing activities, from planning to data analysis and quality KPI population.
5. Efficiently manage process deviations and product non-conformities that may arise throughout the production chain to the market.
6. Support problem-solving analyses for issues identified during production, process deviations, and/or product issues impacting finished product quality or necessitating rework.
7. Continuously implement, optimize, and improve self-inspections.

1. At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance process management in relevant industries such as pharmaceutical or automotive.
2. In-depth knowledge of the entire product lifecycle, including the production phase.
3. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.

1. Advanced computer skills for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
2. Strong communication skills.

A minimum of 3 years in quality assurance process management within relevant sectors.
