1. Support the product, prototyping, and modeling teams during development phases to map quality risks and collaborate with technical teams on cause analysis and risk mitigation actions.
2. Assist the industrialization team in product and process validation trials, working closely with the industrialization team.
3. Collaborate in drafting preliminary process FMEAs and associated control plans.
4. Support the coordination of material and finished product testing activities, from planning to data analysis and quality KPI population.
5. Optimally manage process deviations and product non-conformities that may arise along the production chain to the market.
6. Support problem-solving analyses for issues identified during production, process deviations, and/or product issues impacting final product quality or requiring rework at the company level.
7. Continuously implement, optimize, and improve self-inspections.

1. At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance process management in relevant industries such as pharmaceuticals or automotive.
2. In-depth knowledge of the entire product lifecycle, including production phases.
3. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is an advantage.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Advanced proficiency in computer tools for reporting, analysis, and presentations.

A minimum of 5 years in quality assurance process management in relevant industries.
