1. Lead and coordinate the Total Quality function across Quality Control, Product Quality, and Quality & Process Testing teams to ensure alignment with customer and internal standards.
2. Act as the principal escalation point for Problem Solving on process deviations; define, implement and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action plans.
3. Collaborate with Operations, Product Development and Industrialization to promote process controls, corrective actions and continuous improvement projects.
4. Design, run and interpret statistical studies (including process capability analyses and ANOVA) to support production decisions and quality improvements.
5. Develop, maintain and streamline Quality management and technical operating procedures, work instructions and Q‑Hub testing protocols.
6. Define, track and refine quality performance indicators and reporting to monitor process health and drive data‑led improvements.
7. Provide technical support and training to cross‑functional teams on SPC, MSA and measurement techniques to ensure robustness of quality controls.

1. Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent technical/engineering qualification.
2. Minimum 5 years' professional experience in a manufacturing or industrial quality role; 5–7 years preferred.
3. Demonstrable command of statistical quality methodologies: Process Capability, ANOVA, SPC and MSA.
4. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional problem solving and to manage corrective/preventive action plans to completion.
5. Professional working proficiency in English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
