1. Coordinate the Quality Control team to ensure fabric conformity with customer specifications.
2. Lead the Product Quality Team in addressing non-conformities throughout the quality control process.
3. Oversee the Quality and Process Testing Team in conducting technical measurements and process analyses within Q-Hubs.
4. Serve as a key reference for problem-solving analyses related to process deviations and define corrective action plans.
5. Support the Operations team in executing process analyses.
6. Conduct statistical studies on the production process as needed.
7. Assist in drafting and optimizing Management or Technical Operating Procedures and Instructions related to Quality.
8. Collaborate with Production, Product Development, and Industrialization Teams to promote corrective, preventive, and improvement actions in process control activities.
9. Develop and refine Quality performance indicators.

1. Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent education.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality role.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Minitab is advantageous.
2. Expertise in Statistical Techniques including descriptive statistics analysis, Process Capability, ANOVA, SPC Statistical Process Control Techniques, and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) methodologies.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Objective-oriented with a strong problem-solving attitude.
5. Professional proficiency in English.

A minimum of 5 years in a Quality role, ideally within the textile or fashion industry.

Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent.
