1. Set up and maintain the weekly "Quality Corner" at internal production sites, ensuring visual management and up-to-date documentation.
2. Collect, maintain and analyse quality data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Draft and update quality control sheets and packaging checklists for existing products.
4. Design, optimise and continuously improve self-inspection protocols to raise first-pass yield and reduce rework.
5. Collaborate in preparing preliminary process FMEAs and the associated control plans.
6. Support coordination of material and finished-product testing activities, from planning through data analysis and the population of quality KPIs.
7. Contribute to problem‑solving analyses for production issues and process/product deviations that may affect finished-product quality or require company-level rework.

1. Bachelor's degree or current enrolment in Industrial/Management Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline preferred.
2. Excellent written and spoken English.
3. Strong verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
4. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
5. Basic familiarity with quality methodologies (e.g., FMEA) and quality control processes is desirable.
