1. Collaborate with the EMEA Visual Merchandising team to implement and develop merchandising strategies that drive company initiatives.
2. Execute visual direction based on photographs and company visual guides for continuous store setups.
3. Ensure precise execution of corporate directives, including windows, store re-merchandising, and training store management and in-store visuals.
4. Partner with the EMEA Merchandising team on visual initiatives to support inventory investments and maintain visual standards.
5. Manage the rollout of all windows and the order/replenishment of visual tools, ensuring they are in good condition and aligned with display needs.
6. Coordinate with visual and store teams for new store openings, renovations, and special event production elements.
7. Stay informed about competitors and visual industry standards in the market.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
