1. Collaborate with the local Visual Merchandising team to implement and develop merchandising strategies that drive company initiatives.
2. Execute store setups by following visual direction provided through photographs and company visual books.
3. Ensure precise execution of corporate directives, including windows, store re-merchandising, and assisting in training store management and in-store visuals to maintain interior and window standards.
4. Work closely with the Merchandising team on visual initiatives to support inventory investments and maintain visual standards to maximize store business.
5. Oversee the roll-out of all windows and manage the order and replenishment of visual tools, ensuring their quantity and condition align with display needs.
6. Stay informed about competitors and industry standards in the visual merchandising market.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising.
