Loro Piana In-Store Private Client Manager

- Consolidate and analyze client data to derive business insights and develop action plans to achieve set goals.
- Collaborate with the CRM department to plan, execute, and evaluate events.
- Develop and implement in-store moments, targeting specific clients for events.
- Achieve CRM KPIs including recruitment, retention, prospect targeting, and data collection rates.
- Manage CRM gifting strategies, including birthday, anniversary, and holiday gifts.
- Gather qualitative feedback from stores on CRM activities to improve practices and initiate localized actions.
- Support Store Managers in planning and executing product launches, one-on-one appointments, and other CRM initiatives.
- Lead by example to deliver excellent client experiences on the selling floor.
- Coach sales staff in handling one-on-one appointments and ensure proper client engagement by the CA team.
- Collaborate on monthly calling campaigns and client appointments, evaluating CRM activities' results.
- Manage and enrich the VIC client base through personalized clienteling strategies and exclusive experiences.
- Monitor client purchase behavior to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Develop and oversee a client recovery plan, effectively handling complaints to maintain client relationships.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, particularly with luxury brands.
- Passion and motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
- Sensitivity to cross-cultural nuances and understanding of elite clientele lifestyles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong, long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
- Fluency in Thai and English, with additional languages considered an asset.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail sector is required.
