1. Manage the complete talent acquisition and retention process for the market.
2. Propose and oversee recruitment channels, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
3. Collaborate with line managers to identify and develop a talent pool.
4. Facilitate staff onboarding and orientation.
5. Ensure compliance with Compensation & Benefits policies and local regulations.
6. Support payroll, sales commission, and incentives calculations.
7. Administer employee benefits and pension plans.
8. Conduct new joiner inductions and evaluate employee skill gaps.
9. Implement effective development actions in alignment with regional teams.
10. Develop communication and feedback channels to enhance employee engagement.
11. Organize staff activities to boost morale and engagement.
12. Support Diversity & Inclusion, CSR, and internal communication initiatives.
13. Prepare HR reports such as headcount and turnover analysis.
14. Manage HR personnel records and ensure up-to-date HR information.
15. Address and resolve employee relations matters in compliance with laws and policies.
16. Manage employee litigation matters in accordance with local employment laws.

1. Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience.
3. Experience in luxury retail or retail industry preferred.
4. Proficient in local labor regulations.
