- Manage the complete talent acquisition and retention process for the market.
- Propose and oversee recruitment channels, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with line managers to identify and develop a talent pool.
- Facilitate staff onboarding and orientation.
- Ensure compliance with Compensation & Benefits policies and local regulations.
- Support payroll, sales commission, and incentives calculations.
- Administer employee benefits and pension plans.
- Conduct new joiner inductions and evaluate employee skill gaps.
- Implement effective development actions in alignment with regional teams.
- Develop communication and feedback channels to enhance employee engagement.
- Organize staff activities to boost morale and engagement.
- Support Diversity & Inclusion, CSR, and internal communication initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount and turnover analysis.
- Manage HR personnel records and ensure up-to-date HR information.
- Address and resolve employee relations matters in compliance with laws and policies.
- Manage employee litigation matters in accordance with local employment laws.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in luxury retail or retail industry preferred.
- Proficient in local labor regulations.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, compensation, and benefits.
- Strong performance management and employee engagement skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexible and capable of handling pressure and ambiguity.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in luxury retail or retail industry.
